Content Markup

Putting text into one of your site's pages is simply case of pasting or typing into the content area and clicking Update Page.

In order to apply styles, layout and images to your text Weblobe uses it's own simple markup. Which is much less scary than it sounds.

You can use this markup to insert or edit any of the following in a page's body text:

Where can you use markup?

Any forms that allow the use of markup include a 'markup guide' button.

Markdown

Weblobe uses a combination of its own markup and the majority of syntax created by Markdown. Markdown is designed to take the kind of plain-text shorthand used in email and convert it into proper styles for use on websites. See daringfireball.net for more...
